Counseling
A judgment-free room for teens navigating school stress, identity, social media pressure, and big feelings.

Teens don't need to be performed at. They need a person in their corner who isn't their parent and isn't a school counselor and won't tell on them for the small stuff. Our teen clinicians are trained for that, comfortable with that, and good at it.

Common questions
Honest answers.
Will my parents know what I say?
Mostly no. In Arkansas, teen sessions are largely confidential. Your therapist will be clear about the few exceptions (immediate safety) up front. Progress is shared in general terms with parents without specific details.
What if I don't want to be there?
A lot of teens start that way and end up appreciating having a person in their corner. Try three sessions before deciding.
