Counseling
Whether you're pre-marital, working through a hard season, rebuilding trust, or just want to communicate better, we hold space for both partners.

Couples therapy at our practice is not about who is right. It's about getting unstuck from the patterns that are making both of you tired. Sometimes the work is repair after a betrayal. Sometimes it's communication that has gone in circles for years. Sometimes it's pre-marital, getting clear before the next chapter.

Common questions
Honest answers.
What if my partner doesn't want to come?
Common. We can start with one of you and the other can join later. Often, one person doing focused work shifts the whole dynamic.
Will the therapist take sides?
No. Our job is to be on the side of the relationship, which means being honest with both of you.
Do you do pre-marital counseling?
Yes, with a structured 6-session framework or a more flexible approach. Some Arkansas clinicians can also sign the marriage license fee waiver.
