How long does individual therapy take?
It depends. Many clients see meaningful change in 8 to 12 sessions on a focused goal. Others stay longer because growth is the goal. We will check in regularly so you always know if therapy is working.
What if I don't know what I want to work on?
That's normal. Most clients arrive with a vague "something is off" feeling. The first few sessions are about naming what is actually going on.
Telehealth or in-person?
Both work. Research shows telehealth is as effective as in-person for most concerns. Pick what fits your life.
