For most concerns, yes. Decades of research support telehealth as equivalent to in-person for anxiety, depression, trauma, and most therapy types.
What if my internet drops?
We have a backup plan: phone session for the rest of the hour. It happens, and we won't penalize you.
Can I be in another state?
No. Arkansas law requires you to be physically in Arkansas at session time. We can refer to a clinician in your state if you travel often.
